Dude, you resorted to posting AMAZON THIRD PARTY battery packs as your "proof" that Xbox controllers can do 30+ hours. LOL Probably because Xbox One Pay & Charge kits end up losing their battery charge and were as bad as the PS4 controller. 10 hours is perfectly fine.
