PeurtoRock Papi losing his mind on live stream over Bethesda

Recommended Posts

it's about time cows wiped their smirks off their smug faces :D I've been telling you all that for a while now.  Sony's net worth is around what 50 Billion?  MS is a trillion.  Good luck competing.  And not only that, MS keeps pulling money in hand over fist with their other businesses.  They have a constant and significant income stream.

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

It's kinda funny because the sheep and cows were talking like MS couldn't buy major publishers... but they just showed they can.. and are willing to.

They really should try to score a big Japanese publisher.  Capcom or Sega would be huge, just for the IPs alone.

If they buy capcom or atlus, game over

Capcom would be a massive blow... but the chances are so slim.

Yea, Sega would be a great get for MS.  Lots of good IP, lots of studios.  Sega already has a large PC RTS development arm too.  Getting Sega with Atlus would be huge.  You'd have Bayonetta and Persona.

If Xbox got Persona.. then Series X would have a damn good shot at being the best RPG gaming system.  One of the top JRPG games, plus top WRPG developers.

I think they're going for studios like Asobo, and Bungie next though.

Thing is... MS will be keen on buying up what they can... because now with Amazon in the fray.. if they're serious about it.. they will be looking to purchase studios too.  All these publishers that are huge, but not huge enough to become their own platform, will likely be gobbled up by the bigger players.  It's basically buying up developers so that your competitors don't get to them before you do.  And now the world knows MS is serious about spending some big money on studios.. the others will probably be scrambling now to secure what they can too.
