No, he said that the Ubisoft games should have it if they are coming at launch.

 

There is no real proof that Watch Dogs 2 or Valhalla have shown ray-tracing on a piece of video in which it is specified that it is definitely running on an Xbox Series X.

No they haven't seen it running on Series X hardware... they have seen a tech demo of what Ray tracing will look like in Minecraft... big difference.
