What they are literally saying is that is shared the same exact RDNA2 feature-set that is in the STOCK AMD gpu design. That's it. It does not mean that the PS5 is RDNA1 or RDNA 1.5 In fact, as others have said before, Sony has RDNA2 and then customized it.
