Ike★ 2,906
And according to data from the NPD Group, it just had its best October ever, moving 735,926 units of both the Switch and Switch Lite in the US. The company says that represents a 136 percent increase compared to last year. To date, the Switch has sold 22.5 million units in the US, and last week Nintendo revealed that more than 68 million units have been sold globally. Pretty much anyone I know other than two people only got one during the pandemic and animal crossing. While the switch is hardly a great console. It was a gamble by Nintendo that paid off, so can't really talk shit. They effectively merged the Gameboy and home console market far better than I could have imagined they would. The switch is definitely better than the sum of it's parts.

Unfortunately, because of the new consoles, the Switch may.......MAY not get to 24 straight months. But if a new console launch sales numbers DO NOT beat Switch's November 2020 sales........oh man, there's a mega assrape coming.
