I got a feeling the last-gen versions are just going to be struggling to keep 30fps. next-gen version looks a little bit better, but the amount of NPCs is still quite low. It seems like its a combination of ray-tracing reflection, but there was still alot of screenspace reflections in that busy alleyway near the end of the video. it seems strange that they controlled the main character very slowly throughout most of those areas. also, an NPC doesn't have a neck at 6:20 in the video. this game is probably coming in hot.
