First time playing Half Life 2 and Doom 3, was on a Dell. Fucking long load times and stop motion galore...

Didn't actually get to properly play them until I got a laptop capable of playing them years later. After the graphics were considered outdated... 

 

 Got a gaming PC now, and those games are like those old ass 90s discount  PC games you'd find at the PC section at Best Buy... I think so far the only game to cause some slow down was Doom Eternal but it was only for one moment in the first level.

 

 

Either way, shout out to all my fellow late hermits...

Usually it’s like this, hermits talking out of their ass playing broken ports f superior console experiences.

 

doom 3 for instance, completely superior on Xbox and even had added co-op play.

First time I played Half Life 2 was on an old Dell Laptop with a Radeon 9600M.

Then got an Acer laptop with a Nvidia 9600GS card and played much better.

I got to play TF2 on that laptop too.

I played Doom 3 on Xbox, the original fat one.
