Those market analyst experts are a bunch of drama queen, every time there's a new trend popping up in gaming they automatically assume that its the only viable thing left to do. As if gaming couldn't be diversified and attract a lot of different consumers.

 

I think most are wising up these days but still, it was pretty bad during the PS3 generation.

It says a lot when the worst time for gaming was when Xbox 360 was the most popular console.
