I bet the market for buying the land of shopping malls has got to be at its lowest.

 

87 acres of land, about half the size of Apple's HQ in Cupertino, and its located right beside two major interstate highways crossing each other.

 

Apparently someone did buy the property in 2019, but is quickly turning it around to sell to Epic, mostly because their plans for development fell through. And those buyers already did the re-zoning bureaucratic work, so that is why Epic is able to start construction on it immediately this year.
