jehurey 3,228 Posted January 24, 2021 Share Posted January 24, 2021 Maybe I adjusted the settings in the demo to be too dark. Which would've affected the HDR. The HDR looks nice, it doesn't necessarily blow me away, the best case of HDR seemed to be a lantern on top of a barrel that was nearby me. In the main room with the chandelier, it wasn't as pronounced as I was hoping it would be. But the bigger issue I seemed to have was that it was way to dark, even when I got into the nice, elegant area of the house. The dark spots in the hallway were just pitch black on my OLED. I don't know if that is what the creators intended it to be like that. Watching the demo on youtube, it definitely appears as if the black levels are set higher. The sound in that game, especially the dripping noises and doors closing, is not cool. Feels claustrophobic. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
