Basically Navalny has uncovered that Putin has built an entire city for himself, about 27 times the size of Monaco. With a gigantic palace, his own casino, and underground ice skating rink, its own ocean port, and its entirely walled off with Russian troops. On some territory that basically makes it their own sovereign territory/country. And it cost $1.3 billion dollars, paid for by the Russia Oligarchs that he keeps in power.
