45 R Senatorrs vote Trump impeachment inconstitutional because no longer in office

Being tried by supporter's in your own party is also not the same as being tried by in impartial jury of your peers. :]

There's some serious shortcomings in the constitution in making sure our leader is help accountable no matter who is President. Not to mention that shitty ass memo that prevents a sitting president from being tried for crimes.

I'm arguing from a legal standpoint which is all that matters. Until proven guilty there has been no commission of a crime by the accused.

It's a charge, an indictment, an ACCUSATION until a guilty verdict is rendered.

No if's, and's or but's.

Even the republicans aren't arguing if he committed a crime or not because they know that will get him convicted.... because surprise surprise he did.

There argument is he did commit it but he can't be charged because he is not in office anymore because the crimes were commuted while in office.

So you're wrong on both fronts.

That's not how the law works. You're an idiot. You're also beyond stupid for even thinking they would convict. They want it thrown out the quickest way possible and this is merely that.

No conviction, no crime. Two absolutely failed impeachments l, and we'll see you in 2024.

2024? lmao republicans will need 8 years to get their act together.  See you in 2028 Bro 😎

MAGA is dead bro, the inmates are running the asylum and eating you guys alive from the inside.   The attack on the capitol was aimed at Republicans too.... by their own supporters 😂🤣

Trump committed crimes... everyone knows this that's why they are trying to argue that he can't be charged.  They're not even saying he didn't commit the crime.. lmfao.

Nope, he's committed crimes.

And now Dynocrap knows he's committed crimes, because he's now attempted to change his argument to "you can't say that until you've been convicted"

..............that's what the impeachment trial is for :drake:

Quote

"Can't have the impeachment TRIAL..........no CRIMES!"

Quote

"Well............you can't say he's made any crimes WITHOUT A TRIAL!!"

Does he think we don't notice? LOL

Your political forum sucks assholes, you're incapable of having discussion without resulting in censorship. You leftists don't like contention so you naturally eliminate it; see Era as a prime example.

No surprise though that you're leaving your responses so you can delusionally convince yourself and others that you actually posed some kind of logical counter to what I've said.

Bunch of useless idiots.

Trump already lost in the court of public opinion when we voted his orange ass out. :hest:

No, you already lost the argument the moment you couldn't respond to the very simple things I said, and the obvious contradiction that I caught Dynocrap in.

Yes, I did pose a logical counter. And you ran away from it.

Go cry somewhere else.

Somewhere that's.............designed..........for crying.
