They avoided upgrading the remasters to UE4 because rebuilding their dialogue trees was too much work, but somehow they had no problem going through every single camera shot in the game and altering those that they deemed offensive.

 

They had their priorities wrong and thats going to limit the remasters from being the best they could be.

true, it seems like a UE3 > 4 conversion isn’t possible without building the games from scratch. But there’s still plenty of other areas they could have worked on, for example altering or adding onto ME3’s universally hated ending would have been a good improvement.
