epic's goal here is that they want people to use their store, they are doing that by having content that cannot be found on steam.

Nah you're dumb because you don't see that this isn't competition, its Epic trying aggressively to take market share from steam. Which would be fine, until you start talking exclusives. 

Don't believe me? Remember when Netflix is basically the only viable streaming service? Look at the stream service industry now.

 

1000's of apps all with exclusives. We ran from cable to cut costs and, slowly, streaming has become almost as expensive as cable.


If you don't think that's what's gonna happen if game stores continue this exclusivity bullshit then you are a moron.

the shows on streaming services are significantly better now, due to competition. stop being a retard, retard.

this is utter bs. Metro Exodus actually sold almost 3x more on EGS than its predecessor did on steam. And there are numerous other success stories related to sales of EGS exclusive games.
