It was recently reported that the Bethesda Studios and their IPs are going to be put under a new company name, and NOT Xbox Game Studios.

 

Now gee..............if Microsoft buys a gaming company..........and they hold all of their existing gaming companies under Xbox Game Studios for publishing them on Xbox and PC............why would Microsoft go out of their way to create a totally different holding company for the studios and the IPs that they are buying in the Bethesda acquisition???????????????Why wouldn't they put them under "XBOX" Game studios?

Bethesda isn't part of XBox game studios because they are a publisher with a big publishing branch, wouldn't be surprised to see them work with third parties for deals.
