Not if nVIdia revamps their 3000 series with mining limiters from this point forward. Shit, I'll be able to play on my 3090 for 18 to 24 months, and then sell it and use that money to buy the eventual top-end 4000 series card. If nvidia manages to figure out how to design their cards to prevent mining from this point forward, these last cards are always going to maintain their value for the forseeable future.
