I think Steam should allow this game... but nobody gives a fuck that you're so upset about it.  The beauty of the PC world is that shit like this can just be put up anywhere and played.

 

If he wants to edit the game to make it safe for release on Steam, and then release an optional mod off Steam that replaces all the scenes with gangbangs... he could do that.

except they never even gave him that option. he was ready to gut the game’s content and do whatever was necessary to release it in the form steam desired but instead they completely shut it down and gave no real explanation as to which content was responsible for that decision

there is nothing even close to resembling porn in these games. There’s some scantily clad women and a few make out scenes, that’s really it.

You are so far off its not even funny. In all the scenes where you pick a choice that ends up upsetting the woman the dev comes out and clearly reinforces the fact that you should NOT have picked that choice because of how inappropriate it was. If anything the game shows you how you should behave in these kind of situations without doing things that would be interpreted as harassment. Its the opposite of sexual harassment.
