"explicit images of real people"

 

in both instances, they are saying that if its explicit imagery that involves real people, its not allowed.

 

Super Loser 3 appears that it would be banned under either writing of the rules.

Im sure Richard could have easily given them any verification they needed if they had asked for it but they didn't even bother. They just wanted to shut down all of his efforts to release the game.

I doubt it. He invested a lot in the game, including getting an actual film crew, producers, and flying in actors and streamers from all over Europe. This isn't just some dude who picked up a video camera one day and decided to stitch together a game with a bunch of random friends.

No I didn't. The game succeeds at being both funny and a useful tool for guys who struggle when it comes to dating women. You can play it mainly for one reason or the other.
