I actually didn't even feel the needle but after about 5 minutes the site of injection was really sore and tender. That lasted for about 45 min. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

So far all vaccines during their observational periods have held up immunity equally. And really it's more up to the individual's immune system.
