The character models looks better here but the environments in Arise look better. Seriously, go look at that most recent Arise trailer. The models are shit quality.

Different art styles, but the fidelity is roughly the same. What I will say about Tales is that the facial animations (especially the lip syncing) leave a lot to be desired.

Oh sure, Scarlet Nexus looks much better on a technical level. Still have my doubts about the game.
