Lowest Ratchet dips is 1800p.  
 

Also, this is a non-answer. The only thing that probably comes close is CyberPunk on a 3080 or higher.

Uh LOL no... the lowest ratchet dips is 1080p with RT... in Performance mode and..... 1296p in Quality mode

I spent all day yesterday from 9am to ~5pm refreshing Best Buy's site waiting for the 3070Tis to become available and finally they were, UNTIL THEY LITERALLY SOLD OUT INSTANTLY. The yellow 'add to cart' button didn't even appear for most people, the listing went straight from 'Coming soon' to 'Sold out'

And we also have MS Flight Sim which frankly looks better than anything else as far as realism goes.
