The whole point of an open world is that its supposed to be immersive, and theres nothing immersive about Xbox 1 graphics, Deadly Premonition 2 quality framerate drops, terrible draw distance, and dead streets that look post apocalyptical thanks to the lack of cars, pedestrians, or any life whatsoever. NMH2 had transitioned to a 2D overworld map. its probably just going to end up being padding between doing main quests and side missions. it'd be nice if they put stuff there like power ups or hidden loot.
