Senate Ready to Move Ahead on $1Trillion infrastructure Bill

Recommended Posts

THE ART OF THE DEAL, THANKS PRESIDENT BIDEN :salute:

President Joe Biden and a bipartisan group of senators reached agreement Wednesday on a $1 trillion infrastructure package, with the Senate ready to begin consideration of a key part of the administration's agenda.

“This deal signals to the world that our democracy can function,” Biden said in a statement. “We will once again transform America and propel us into the future.”

It's a neutered bill.  They are all the same with corporations having their hands in their back pockets.

When was the last infrastructure bill of this magnitude?

Did you actually see what was cut from it to placate Republicans?  It is now down to just 550 billion.  In home care is cut to zero, "innovation" cut to zero, buildings cut to zero,  utilities cut by over 60%, and transportation cut by 50%.   The original bill was over 2 trillion.  This new bill is half of what the U.S. military gets in a year on the books.

It's worthless and Democrats are spineless.

This is piece of a larger bill

You still can't answer the question I see.

It's 550 billion in new spending when it was supposed to be 1.5 trillion in new spending.  It's neutered and it doesn't matter if you or anyone calls it the largest ever because all of the good parts about it was removed to suck corporate and Republican balls.  Democrats are spineless twits and nothing will ever get done until people like Bernie Sanders and AOC run the show.

You seem okay with the status quo.  I am fucking not and this is just shriveled garbage.

It doesn't matter if it's the "largest ever".  It does nothing.  Conservatives and liberals are just two sides of the same coin.  Damn morons all of you.

When was the last infrastructure bill of this magnitude?  You seem to have a hard time answering basic questions.
