Hopefully the Moderna vaccine isn't too far behind.

 

But basically this means that employers and public organizations can legally mandate the vaccine.

 

That means an employer, especially in a "right-to-work" state (aka Republican-leaning states) can make the vaccine a mandatory work requirement, and if the employee doesn't meet the requirement, they can get fired.

 

They are still testing the Pfizer vaccine for children 12 and under, so it can't be mandated for that age group in schools, yet.

 

Companies need to seriously start considering about their Q4 earnings. Because the worse this keeps on getting, the chances are nobody is going to have alot of spending money for Christmas if they have a family member sick and in the hospital for weeks.
