You make it sound like you can buy your way to a healthy body. It's relatively easy to remain in shape if the person want to, just as its easy to be out of shape. Just try to remain moderately active, drink lots of water, don't eat trash. Most people can't do this because they're lazy as fuck to even make their own meals and just order trash from uber eats.

 

You wouldn't believe how many people i've seen use surgery to lose weight and they quickly baloon back to complete fat asses because they can't stop stuffing their faces with complete garbage

Having wealth makes that type of lifestyle much easier. And just look at her chest, there is no way a 54 year old woman with breasts of that size can have them be that perky, so she clearly got an uplift and possibly other work done that many normal people wouldn’t be able to afford.

Regardless of wealth and fitness/diet, the VAST majority of 54 year old women ( even celebs or rich ) dont look like this.

It still takes work.  She still has to work out daily or a few times a wee, she still has to eat properly, she still to drink less liquor or none at all etc. 

 

There tons of regular people who aren't rich that look like that at their age, because they put the work in. 

 

There are much more people who don't look that good and they're much younger than her, because they lazy lard ass slobs who refuse to do anything besides sit on their couch all day and eat junk.
