Kojima is tweeting about The Matrix

If they can avoid the errors from Parts 2 and 3, mainly not using CGI for the human beings during action sequences, then it can probably look gorgeous.

Also, there's another problem, there was too much martial arts. I almost think that they didn't plan out their action scenes, because they were rushing the movies, so they just threw in a whole bunch of martial arts.

I want big action. If Neo can break physics, I don't want him doing martial arts. I want him doing Akira-type of stuff.

Huh, no, martials arts > all the CGI shit that happened in Zion or the DBZ like fight at the end of the trilogy.

Hell, almost all my favorite action scenes are martial arts fights.

I actually liked the battle of zion. It's like the only decent part of the 3rd film and actually made sense in the story. They had to fight in the real world and it definitely wasn't going people doing karate on robots.

The biggest problem was that in the first movie all of the fights looked real. People bled, clothes got dirty and ripped, people reacted to being hit. In 2 and 3 motherfuckers were getting punched 30 times in the face and their sunglasses wouldn't even fall off.

I know the CGI scenes were shit. But I wondering with the advancement of CGI now, if those scenes were redone, could we notice the difference?
