Oh they'll get sued.

But the supreme court already has precedent of upholding vaccine mandates.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905), was a United States Supreme Court case in which the Court upheld the authority of states to enforce compulsory vaccination laws. The Court's decision articulated the view that individual liberty is not absolute and is subject to the police power of the state.

I love how you are going to be severely disappointed.

I know that Fox news is trying to tell you that this is outright tyranny.............sorry, you're going to get a history lesson here whether you like it or not.

This isn't going to hold up, not at this tyrannical level. It's illegal beyond belief.

No...............I'm pretty certain a 115 year old Supreme Court decision that SPECIFICALLY IS ABOUT VACCINE MANDATES will hold up.

Especially since Biden didn't really institute a "mandate" because he gave businesses the option of giving employees weekly testing as an alternative.

So that basically gets him out of the accusation that its a FULL-ON mandate.............it technically isn't

But at this point, private employers are pretty much going to go with OSHA requirements, and they will pretty much make employees take the vaccines.

Or else...........there's a WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLE bunch of job openings that are going to show up in October.:drake:

LOL college students tried to sue and say that their college campus couldn't mandate vaccines for the school year on campus grounds.

They tried to put an injunction.

It was rejected by a Justice of the Supreme Court.

Do you know who?

Amy Coney Barrett, Trump's most recent nominated Judge.:drake:

Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett refuses to block Indiana University vaccine mandate

August 13, 2021 / 12:32 PM / AP

Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett on Thursday refused to block a plan by Indiana University to require students and employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

Barrett's action came in response to an emergency request from eight students, and it marked the first time the high court has weighed in on a vaccine mandate. Some corporations, states and cities have adopted vaccine requirements for workers or even to dine indoors, and others are considering doing so.

The students said in court papers that they have "a constitutional right to bodily integrity, autonomy, and of medical treatment choice in the context of a vaccination mandate." They wanted the high court to issue an order barring the university from enforcing the mandate. Seven of the students qualify for a religious exemption.

The court's newest justice rejected the plea without even asking the university for a response or getting her colleagues to weigh in. Justices often act on their own in such situations when the legal question isn't particularly close. Barrett handles emergency matters from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, which includes Indiana.

You really don't know shit.

Its hilarious whenever I see a dumbass....................like you..............talk like as you confidently know what you are talking about.

And you don't.:drake:
