There are seven production companies associated with this film. He earns a producer credit if he has merely invested money in the film, or if--instead of paying him a bigger salary--they give him a producer credit so that he can earn money when the film is sold to a distributor. And you're now trying to lay the blame on him, like a little bitch. UPDATE: My local Fox news station just ran a Fox News report on it in which they specifically called Baldwin an "Executive Producer", and that's definitely a title that is only given to people who are involved in the film as a simple investor or co-funder of a project.
