Twincel dropped that "Bbbut the sanctions aren't helping" BS real quick and moved on to another thing :sabu:

The deal with Europe that Trump couldn't get done, it burns him that Biden got it done.

It burns him that Biden cut off Russian gas and oil exports.

It burns him not because he wants Russia to win, it burns because he is running out of shit to complain about in regards to the US handling of this situation.

So if the sanctions are working where is the evidence that Russia is pulling out of Ukraine? Surely they can't keep going if their economy is in shambles right? Pretty sure I just read that they're actually starting to bring in reinforcements which seems like they're as committed to the conflict now as they were a month ago....

You are still completely dodging my original point.

Ukraine is pleased with the sanctions as Zelensky said himself.

So you do think you know what Ukraine wants more than Ukraine themselves:sabu:

He literally said the European sanctions came to late.

He literally said he hopes other nations followed US with the sanctions. (US was first)

He also literally said he is pleased with the US sanctions.

He literally said he agreed with the US sanctions.

You can pick through his words all you want but the fact of the matter is that Russia's ability to wage war against Ukraine is still unaffected by the sanctions.

He wants the war to end. The sanctions are clearly not doing that. Why are we going around in circles here?

You must be trying to bait me right? Nobody can be this clueless.

Every single weapon that arrives in Ukraine comes directly from a government. They make the final decision, and either purchase them or pull them from their existing stock. They're loaded onto planes by military personnel from that actual country, and those planes are part of that country's air force, like this C17 from the Royal Air Force that has been going back and forth between the UK and Ukraine

b25lY21zOjg5ZTkzOTBhLTBjYjktNDdmYS05M2M5

Literally every tweet or press release about lethal weapon shipments comes from government officials.....you don't even have to do research to see that

And you're also wrong about your 2nd point. Jets can absolutely be transported by ground. In fact, below are 2 different MIG 29s (the same model Ukraine asked for) being dismantled for truck based transport....just like any other weapons

NNnnnnnnnnnnnno.

You are simply wrong.

Yes, you really are this stupid.

These items are created by military contractors.

The United States AUTHORIZES PURCHASES from those companies.

Here, I'll even show you an example..............from the Trump era:

Quote

On May 20, 2017, U.S. President Trump and Saudi Arabia's Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud signed a series of letters of intent for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to purchase arms from the United States totaling US$110 billion immediately,[1][2] and $350 billion over 10 years.[3][4] The intended purchases include tanks, combat ships, missile defense systems, as well as radar, communications and cybersecurity technology.

Quote

So let me speak to you as if you are stupid:

  • These weapons are co-developed between private military contractors and the US government
  • They are manufactured and sold by private military contractors.
  • NOT the American government, the government does not manufacture these weapons
  • The American government gives APPROVAL of whether these weapons can be sold to any other international military organization outside of the United States. The US government has to approve such a sale.
  • NO..........the US government literally does not have the US Army deliver product to other nations. US Air Force does not deliver jets to other nations.
  • The military contractor would ship the product through whatever intermediary, or distribution systems that is AUTHORIZED by the US Government............it is NOT the American military.

The United States is basically saying "here Ukraine, consider this $1 billion to be aid.......they either briefly transfer the money to Ukraine/intermediary, or they just transfer it directly to the military contractor. The contractor delivers the product to a designated place near Ukraine.

And once again.........the MIG transport would have to be done by Poland or some other intermediary, not the US.

No other organization send those weapons their own. The governments are the ones who make the final decisions and allow for those processes to happen, therefore the weapons COME FROM THE GOVERNMENTS. The fact that you went on a tangent over something so blatantly simple is funny

Zelensky wants to see Russia punished and the sanctions will eventually do that but right now they're not having an effect on the current conflict. Im not sure why you keep on ignoring that key fact

Its been nearly a month and the average Russian is barely feeling the effects of the sanctions. If they're still living normally, then the elites like Putin who're waging the war are even less affected. They have no reason to wind down operations in Ukraine anytime soon.

Zelensky -"Had a substantive conversation with @POTUS. Gave him the assessment of the situation on the battlefield, informed about the crimes of Russia against the civilian population. We agreed on further steps to support the defense of Ukraine and increase sanctions against Russia."

Zelensky said it himself, it BURNS YOU TO ADMIT IT:umad:

That was 2 weeks ago and still hasn't nothing to do with the point im making

But maybe you'll find his speech from 2 days ago informative

Quote

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday called on NATO to increase military assistance against Russian forces, warning that eastern members of the alliance could be Russia's next target.

“I am sure you already understand that Russia does not intend to stop in Ukraine. Does not intend and will not," Zelensky said in a translated video address at the NATO summit in Brussels. "It wants to go further. Against the eastern members of NATO. The Baltic states, Poland — that's for sure."

He said that Ukraine does not have powerful anti-missile weapons and holds a smaller aircraft fleet than Russia, calling for NATO help in these areas.

"Therefore, their advantage in the sky is like the use of weapons of mass destruction," Zelensky said. "And you see the consequences today — how many people were killed, how many peaceful cities were destroyed.”

Zelensky restated his plea for NATO to shut down the airspace over Ukraine or to provide aircraft to aid Ukrainian forces.

“You have thousands of fighter jets! But we haven't been given any yet," he said. "We asked for tanks, so that we can unblock our cities that are now dying ... cities where Russia is keeping hundreds of thousands of people hostage and artificially creating famine."

"You have at least 20,000 tanks! Ukraine asked for a percent, 1 percent of all your tanks to be given or sold to us! But we do not have a clear answer yet. The worst thing during the war is not having clear answers to requests for help.”

Gee, look at that. Zelensky says Russia won't stop but somehow you're convinced that the sanctions are enough to somehow help Ukraine.

And of course he finishes off by asking for jets again.....something that would actually help them right now, in the present (like i've been saying), but Biden and NATO have are too scared to deliver on that.

You have no point, you claimed the sanctions aren't helping Ukraine, Zelensky disagrees with you.

You claimed he said it came too late... When in fact he said the European sanctions came to late, but he was pleased that US did it first and had hoped other countries would have done it soon after the US.

Its quite apparent you can't read.

He is saying Putin won't stop in Ukraine and he wants go against NATO nations.

It burns you did Zelensky praised Biden, it burns you that Biden got the deal done with Europe, it Burns you that Ukraine was pleased with how quickly the US applied the sanctions :umad:

ok dude, I’m not going to bother arguing anymore. You can speculate and make assumptions all you want but the only reason Ukraine still exists as an independent country is because of their peoples’ tough resistance as well as Russia’s military incompetence, not because of any sanctions.

I never said they would. But right after the biggest sanctions (like removing Russia from SWIFT) loads of people were saying it would be a matter of days or at most a few weeks before Russia's economy would collapse and their military power along with it, effectively ending the war. That clearly is not even close to happening.

Meanwhile your entire point is a speculation :umad:
