I gave up looking for a PS5. I'm also starting to think this gen isn't going to be that long and you could probably skip this gen and really not miss much.

I'm just going to wait for the PS5 pro. Tbf Sony is making it super easy with how hard it is to get one of their consoles. I bought a second ps4 pro back in December and had to run around Manhattan to find one. 

 

Was taking a last second trip so didn't have time for ordering online so did it in person, Gamestop had one available in all of their stores. A full year after the release of the PS5. Crazy.

But anyone without a PS5 hasn't really missed much.  Returnal, Ratchet, and Demon's Souls... which everyone played before.

I only really care about GTAO at this point and it's hardly worth getting a whole new console over, but they're already giving PS4/XB1 players the PS3 treatment and future support looks unlikely so I might just be done with the game all together.

You're definitely better off waiting for the PS5 Pro.. which should hopefully happen ~2 years from now.  So probably around the time GTA6 comes.. which may actually work to your advantage.

It should be like EVGA's queue for their graphics cards.  I had 2 GPUs queued up, and when I got the email, I had 24h to place the order.

I know right, I won the NewEgg shuffle a while back to get a 3080, had 4 hours to buy. Bought and was good to go. It's like both Sony and MS are run by a buncha fucking morons.

I remember looking for a Series X like crazy early last year.

The first time I did it, I was like wtf guys it's not that hard, got it in my cart, then thought about it, then GONE.

After that, I just sniped them directly from MS website and got it.

 

Never had an interest for a PS5.
