Ooh it's coming.. But fair enough.

The DNC and its propaganda press have you so programmed that you're sending angry tweets to Elon?   If the lefty press hadn't been throwing a temper tantrum over losing control of Twitter,

Don't like it? Make your own Twitter (wait there's more)

? Clarify this for us please. What do you mean he doesn't know how "this" works.

the purchase still hasn't been made.

it was an offer.

and all this news is, is that Twitter is expected to accept the offer.

You do know that transfer of ownership still hasn't occurred yet, right?

LOL Jerky wrong again :hehe:

Oh man.............poor guy is so butthurt, that he's come all the way over here to try and find a win.

No, it isn't owned by Musk..............you are literally wrong when you say "now privately owned.":drake:

Musk now has to come up with the money.  Which some are saying he's going to have to get $12 Billion dollars in loans.

To buy an asset that's probably already peaked like 2 years ago.

You're grasping at straws. When you reach an agreement to buy a house you tell your friends and family you bought a house. The deal is in motion, it will be yours.

Twitter is now privately owned by Musk.  The deal was accepted.

Ownership transfer doesn't happen unless Musk comes up with the money.

So no...............its not "now owned" by Musk until he comes through with the money.

LOL, I love how you're still trying, even though you know exactly what I am saying.

It just shows how butthurt I've got you this afternoon.:tom:

LOL it's a done deal

Quote

But the offer became more concrete once Musk announced in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that he received commitments for $46.5 billion to help finance the potential deal. That included about $25.5 billion in debt financing from Morgan Stanley Senior Funding and other firms. He said he committed about $21 billion in equity financing.

He got the money... and they accepted.

LOL look how DESPERATE he's trying to argue about something that is DONE. :hest:

No, he has to come up with the money.

Its in cash. Which he doesn't have that, in liquidity.

So no..........you are factually wrong "now"

Don't get angry at me.

Those are your specific words and claim.

No, I'm not wrong.  The deal is done.  He's got the funding.

LOL, maybe you should go and speak to all the news sites reporting it :drake:

You are wrong.

The deal is not done "now."

Show me proof that the acquisition has been completed. because then the "deal" would be "done."

It's a done deal.  He secured the money and showed how he would do so.  That's why they went ahead with the deal :drake:

This is a hilarious contortion of logic. The offer is accepted, Twitter belongs to Elon Musk. End of story

Sure...........walk up to a car dealership, and say "yes I'll buy the car at your advertised price"

So, you can immediately get in the car and start driving off with it, right?
