Do they really feel so threatened by the fact that he might unban Trump and other conservatives to restore a degree of dignity and fairness to the platform? Its sad the lengths they'll go to inhibit free speech.

Ooh it's coming.. But fair enough.

The DNC and its propaganda press have you so programmed that you're sending angry tweets to Elon?   If the lefty press hadn't been throwing a temper tantrum over losing control of Twitter,

Don't like it? Make your own Twitter (wait there's more)

Funny video on this and how Musk gets weirdo incels to defend his honor on the internet.

I remember Twincel celebrating that Musk is so smart so becoming a Republican must mean something. When in reality Musk hates unions and class action attorneys which he claims runs the democratic party.

Musk describes the Republicans as evil corporatist and religious zealots. Lol so in his mind, as a person heading 4 different companies, worker unions are worse than evil corporations and religious zealots. Got it. Truly a man of the people.

Why is Musk still trying so hard not to purchase Twitter?

"Twitter shareholders approve $44 billion Elon Musk buyout.  Now, Musk will fight Twitter in court to get out of it"

Twitter's share holders are still going through with the deal...as of a few days ago the shareholders are finalizing the approval.....  And Musk is now desperately trying to get out of it.....

Now he's saying that he will relent (like a cuck) and agree to the original buy price of $54 per share. $44 billion dollar price.

Some people are saying that he's trying to do another round of pump and dump, because this caused the shares to go up $9 (22%) before they stopped trading for the day.

I like how he tried to frame it as "he's saying that he will agree to buy it at its original price" like as if he's trying to say that he successfully negotiated a compromise from the other side.

The price has ALWAYS BEEN the original $44 billion dollar price, Musk didn't get the Twitter board to move a cent.

It's he lost the lawsuit he would have had to pay much more.... And since he has no ground to stand on he caved.

Lol at you trying to spin this self ownage by Musk as a win :drake:

Musk was the one trying so hard NOT to purchase Twitter...

They sued him and he caved a week before the case because he had no leg to stand on and would have lost and paid huge fines and also would have still had to purchase the company.

oh, by the way.

Elon Musk intentionally made his offer at $54.20 a share, and purposely bumped it up 20 cents, so that he could make a "420" reference,

Get it? Its got FOUR-TWENTY in it? Hyuck hyuck hyuck hyuck, cool joke bro!

That additional 20 cents that he threw into his offer, when applied to the over 131 million existing shares of Twitter..................means that his lame joke cost him an additional $26 million dollars.

for a joke that I am certain nobody was aware about, until I just explained it three sentences ago.

:hest: Musk is such an absolute cuck. The only people more cucky than him, are his fanboys.

Lol actually your initial point was that they were fighting thier hardest to prevent him from buying Twitter. Yet they went to court to force him to buy it. Your second point was that he was working to pay a lower price. Which also didn't end up happening. How exactly were you right again?

And Lmfao when the fuck have you ever been right about anything in the first place. Sit your little cuck ass down.

Remember when we told you a deal of this magnitude requires due diligence and it's not a matter of walking into a store to purchase a pack of gum and Twitter had to be sure he was serious before accepting the offer?

Remember that?

Remember when you thought the Twitter didn't want to sell because it would mean Trump would come back?

That went out the window quickly huh?

Now that they took him seriously and put a deal in place... He wants to back out and came up with a BS excuse?

He will be owned for billions of dollars.... Just glorious :drake:

Once again, Elon Musk is just trying to say things to try and buy time, and Twitter's lawyers and the Judge is not having any of it.

He was basically trying to say that he will agree to buy Twitter, in order to tell the court to just delay the case for an indefinite period of time. Saying that he needs to work out certain terms.

He was doing it to just delay the trial. He was going to drag his feet on actually buying Twitter. He was also, ultimately hoping to dupe Twitter into dropping the case if they believe that he's going to move forward on buying the company.

Twitter's lawyers immediately called him out and said that he's just stalling for time. They are not dropping their lawsuit.

The Judge agreed, and said that the trial is set to begin on October 28th, and he has until then to complete the purchase of Twitter. Just three weeks. LOL

what a pathetic worm.
