Sony working on PS5 "Pro controllers" with removable analog sticks

Supposed to feature removable (replaceable) analog sticks, and back paddles, as well as trigger stops.  It will also have grips on the handles, apparently.

 

This rumor comes from Tom Henderson, who has a pretty good track record, and apparently he's got the images but couldn't post them without compromising his source.

 

 

Cool if true.  The best would be if they had a way of making the analog and d-pad swappable.  There's already some controllers that do that, but for an official controller that would be awesome.  My other wish is that they'd make the start/select buttons bigger and a bit more protruded so you can more easily tell when you're on the button.  If they made them like the Xbox buttons that would be perfect.
