Probably years if we are being honest. I don't see Sony allowing Square to release this on PC within a year or two. For some reason, lemmings can't seem to find anything real to boast about...........so they resort to spending most of their posts about twitter rumors and "leaks", gee where have we seen that before. Anyways, this guy posted a screenshot of something Final Fantasy 7 related, and put all the four colors of the consoles and steam/PC. The xbox fanboys took to represent FF7 remake, even though a couple of people in that thread were pretty certain the screenshot came from Crisis Core. And sure enough, Square is just throw the lemmings and hermits-hiding-behind-lemmings a PSP port that is going to look absolutely laughable at higher resolutions.
