And before that it was pretty evenly between white and black total abortions per year. It wouldn't make any significant difference in ethnicities representation in the US.

Wait dude, I'm not claiming it will change the ethnicities representation in the US. If anything it would just keep the same racial status quo but higher birth rates. As my total abortions date shows, the split between white and black is more evenly than you think.
