This competition's results are really surprising and if I was a betting man, I would've lost money by now, no doubt. Germany didn't make it out of the group stage during the last world cup, so they basically revamped everything from their team, to their process for finding and recruiting players, coaches, training staff, etc and it basically made no difference I actually feel bad for them.
