What is the purpose of combining them if not for political and social reasons? Clearly it's not scientific. Scientists know men pretending to be women are still men and do not have vaginas. They could easily do a study that focuses on men who pretend to be women if they wish.. But that's pointless. This is probably why there's also an entire gallery of genital warts and lesions. This isn't some Vanity Fair collab. I mean your logic is "It affects mostly men, so why bother women?
