Lemmings :kaz: Raped hard for 8 pages, then they bump it a month later thinking they won, just so we can bump it again now and rape them even harder.

Ghostz is hands down the most owned person I've ever seen on this board in its 20 year history :mroff:

which would be a dead giveaway that Microsoft was clearly trying to buy Activision because they were planning on doing anti-competitive things with Call of Duty.   You're pretty much catchin

Yep, I feel this deal would have had a better chance to go through unimpeded if MS weren't completely dogshit at competing against Sony.   They've been in the business for more than two deca

Better forums, sorry.

Why are you still here? :hest:

You've posted more times in the past few days than the past year. Which actually confirms you left because you were fed up with getting owned daily :rofls: And the moment you think you have some ammo you come running back to the forum you feel is "gay as fuck and boring".

You have nothing to live for besides Xbox :cruise:

Satya and Phil swore under oath that they would honor the deal and not remove COD from Playstation... but that was incumbent on Sony signing the deal.

Regardless, you can bet that a stipulation of the CMA agreeing to anything will be that deal being offered whether Sony signs or not.  And now that Sony has signed, it's very likely the CMA is satisfied and they've come to an agreement.

So yes it was part of the terms of the deal. The games, specifically COD must remain multi.

It would show regulators/judges that they don't keep their word under oath... they REALLY don't want to do that if they ever plan on acquiring anything else...

The regulators know from decades pf histoey that they can't trust a word that comes from any of the sleazeballs at Microsoft, but ir doesn't matter because the law in the US pretty much lets corporations do whatever they want.
