I really like the idea behind the crosshair and how the accuracy of your shots is decided. There's no percentage indicator and instead the circle just gets smaller to indicate that you have a better chance of hitting the target, but there's no certainty to it. You have to also take a bunch of other variables into consideration too, like your merc's accuracy stat, the type of weapon you're using, distance to the target, etc. Its a whole additional layer of strategy and authenticity that these kind of games rarely strive for.
