Its more elaborate than I expected, it is essentially a simplified version of Darksiders that retains most of its features (sizable levels with secret areas , RPG elements, platforming, light puzzle solving, etc) but from a top down perspective. Yeah it’s fun though there are some annoying issues. Some of the platforming can be annoying because of the camera, and it’s easy to get stuck on objects. The story is pretty dull and goes nowhere, but its still a fun game despite some minor gameplay issues. I enjoyed being back in this universe enough that im actually tempted to get Darksiders 3 now. It’s a Detroit-like story-based adventure game with a Persona-like sci-fi, anime twist with a hint of influence from Inception. It’s from the makers of the Nonary/Zero Escape games on 3DS. I think you’d really enjoy it. It’s got branching story paths like Detroit, Investigations like Phoenix Wright, and the writing/characters are great. Came out this past summer.
