Most missions don’t even use them. It's garbage. Reduce visibility to zero and steer off your plane. Most of the missions are gimmicky as fuck. Avoid radars while flying through rain clouds where you can't see shit, fly through ravines while going through thunderclouds and getting hit by lightning, avoid automatic missiles lock-ons by flying under the clouds extremely close to the ground, escorts missions where you need to destroy AA guns and SAM that doesn't show on radar... It's like every mission is the stonehenge mission from AC4 + clouds. There's barely any straightforward missions and those are usually the most satisfying. I have to play in third person view because of it most of the time and that's my least favorite way of playing. 7 minutes ago, Ike said: How's the VR? Barely played the VR mode yet but it's cool af. I wished the whole game was playable that way instead of just a handful of new missions. It's kinda clunky, whether it's the combat or traversal, nothing feels as good as it should be but that might be due to the framerates. These games are getting me in a bad mood. The later missions are more challenging. Definitely the hardest I've played. PS2 trilogy and AC6 were easy games. But I'm on mission 12, I still love this shit, it's just some of the more gimmicky missions that frustrated me. I love the unlockables tree, the story, the OST is good but far from the best, the core gameplay in general is just as fun. Dogfighting aces is always a blast. The graphics owns too, imo. The most annoying part of that mission was having to climb and hit the Arkbird so bad that Stonehenge can pick it up from the ground, in less than a minute and with probably 5 missiles left.
