I played it like a decade ago, I’m replaying it. Everything I’ve said so far is correct, you’re just a cry baby because it was one of your first FFs and you have nostalgic memories about this broken, tedious mess of a game. Poor little angel.

Justifying shit, tedious, convoluted gameplay. Worst gameplay in any FF ever. Gaming hipsters pretending liking horrible, broken gameplay design makes them hardcore.

It’s not absolutely fine. Normal attacks do absolutely shit damage meaning you have to summon guardian forces and sit through that same shitty long animation again and again to do decent damage. It’s tedious even with fast forward. And magic drawing has to be the dumbest idea in any Final Fantasy ever. Good thing I can just break the Junction System I guess. It’s got nothing to do with being an old game.

That’s embarrassing. Also playing through it again, my god random battling in this game is fucking tedious.
