I don’t like it.

Watched Barbarian. Had heard about it a couple years ago but never got around to watching it till now. Really enjoyed it. Had a nice little twist to the usual formula and was captivating throughout. Still suffers from the same issue that practically every horror movie does though where the first third of the movie is just always the best. Most mysterious, tense and intriguing part of the film and that slowly drops as the movie goes on but it does some stuff to keep things fresh. 8/10

Finished Immortals of Aveum. A surprisingly fun game considering how badly it flopped. As pure a 7/10 as you can get but one of those ones that is very much worth playing. Some of the production values are a lot better than they should be. Game does take itself maybe a bit too seriously sometimes with fairly long unskippable cutscenes in a story that is average at best. Characters all forgettable. But the magic gameplay is fun and the game is always moving forward. Defs worth checking out since it's now been on both PS Plus and coming to GP.

Pretty good result. This one had compulsory PSN linking didn't it? Still just a giant gap between the SP games and MP ones like HD2 but can't complain when they get to sell such an old game at full price again. that Boycott MW2 group on Steam pic is still the greatest thing ever

This is why dealing with reactionary people is pointless. You have two main characters that cover both genders, and has Japanese and African representation. All quadrons are covered. But, no. There isn't a Japanese male main character now. At this point they might as well make a white character too so they don't upset aggrieved white guys. Now you have four characters they have to write a story for. Further watering down their product. The game thing supposed gamers claim they hate.

A pity 6 incoming.

For $550, yes. I wouldn’t get the $650 one.

I guess it depends on what you want to play. I think the Steam Deck's hardware is quite dated at this point so if newer 3D games are your focus then it might not be the right choice. I noticed recently that many journalists were posting Hellblade 2 loaded on their Allys but I saw nobody trying to play it on the Deck. Its probably not even working properly on that system which has been the case for some newer games.

It can play the vast majority of new games. I mean the AAA games you're talking about... you get a few of them a year.. lmao. Most 3rd party games will run just fine... assuming you have reasonably expectations for a handheld device. And there will continue to be games for years and years which release and work on the device. There's still like 4 more years left in this gen.. the requirements aren't going to be getting higher any time soon.

Its crazy to me that people would pay 650 dollars for a gaming device that can barely run new games.

i thought about that as well, actually pretty sure i could get it cheaper. However i feel like steam deck will survive and all these other companies are gambling much harder in the market.

The Legion Go is on sale for $630 on Amazon and would also be worth considering for that price range.

I haven't played the game, but I have played most of the Ubisoft games and they are piss poorly researched. This is why I brought Ghost Recon Wildlands, set in Bolivia where every inhabitant there speaks with a Mexican accent. The reason people are getting upset is because in a game of Japanese Samurais during feudal Japan, it couldn't be of a greater idea for the bright minds at Ubisoft to have both an African and a woman as their main protagonists. We all know why they are doing it, and it most likely will fail. And if there is something that Ubisoft sucks

Real talk though Microsoft's marketing in general is abysmal, and has been for a very long time. I see Nintendo and PlayStation commercials multiple times per day, and absolutely nothing for Xbox.

Still should not be even close to that far down the list. It's seriously concerning. MS has completely failed this game, the studio, and the IP. Either people really seriously don't give a shit about it..... or it's the literal non-existent marketing, and the trailers for the game not really revealing anything interesting about the game at all.
