A SIMPLE way to side skirt that issue... is to not release GTAO specifically at the same time as the SP campaign..  Release the SP campaign on all platforms... release the online component later on PC.

That's not how it works. If an account gets banned you can just make a new login/character. People on there have like 4 to 5 accounts sometimes. Hell the PS4/Xbox 1 GTAO servers gets more updates than the PC one. Obviously they will release a PC version at some point but I dont think Sony and MS are afraid of the game selling too much on PC. GT6 is going to set records for everyone involved.

Some people will still be foolish enough to make the argument that the constant re-releases of games like TLOU and TLOU2 wont affect the development of other games at ND....of course they do.
