Great review. I’ll nab it when it’s on sale.1 point

Finished my 2nd playthrough of The Quarry. There were some differences but most were pretty minor overall. I ended up making completely different choices and actually killed off more characters than on my original playthrough The ending seems to be mostly the same regardless of the choices you make so thats a bit of a bummer. I would probably give it a 3rd playthrough but the fact that you can't skip the cutscenes is a deal breaker. I knew exactly where to go and what to do in my 2nd playthrough and it still took me over 7 hours because of all the scenes you have to re-watch.1 point

This is one of the best teams Square has assembled for their mainline series in a long time. Yoshi is an excellent dev.1 point

To give it a full verdict? Sure. I wasn’t a big fan of the first few hours, but then it hooked me.1 point

One of my favorite narratives in this type of game, probably only second to the og Phoenix Wright trilogy. Go back and finish dude.1 point

I remember he said he played FF7 Remake for something like 300 hours and FFXV for even more than that. That's far more disgusting than the dick sucking part. Jesus christ almighty.1 point

If Low could take himself away from sucking penis for a couple minutes he'd tell you how great FFXV is.1 point

Yeah along with other issues. I don't like the story arc this season, the motivations for Tommy or what feels like cop outs in certain stories. The Tommy v Micheal stuff that was set up last season is basically non existent all season. None of the characters we like have any significant screen presence other than Tommy this season. Too many new random characters and somehow the season feels very slow and super rushed at the exact same time (last ep a major part of this). Hopefully the movie wraps things up well while leaving a lot of this season's content behind.1 point

Nah, now that Playground Games is making the next Fable, MS have found a way to alternate their studios works without having to make new IPs. 343 is going to make the next Gears, the coalition is going to make the next Halo and Rare is going to make the next Forza Horizon and they can just keep alternating for infinity.1 point

so you have no idea what you are talking about then lol. the gameplay/level design in the last 2/3rds, especially the last 3rd, is pretty fantastic. also, the ending feels epic, along the lines of mario's best titles. also, collecting the hidden items is a blast. some of them are pretty clever in the late game. i would say my only gripe (though, some may say it's a pro) is the length. i beat it in 6 hours. granted, it felt like a grand experience, despite the runtime. fortunately, there's plenty of incentives to replay levels, or even the campaign, if you're a completionist.1 point

I'm not excited for this game one bit at the moment. It can't be worse than XV at the very least but that's hardly some kind of achievement. I mean, has anyone ever replayed FFXV? Yeah... no one? Exactly.1 point

The Boys is so good this season. It's fucking hilarious how Homelander turned into jesus for incels. The show is so much better than the actual comic.1 point

Pentiment is going to be a sleeper But yea, what a fucking pathetic year from MS Buy 25 studios and somehow release less games than before1 point

I had no idea honey I flopped the kids is released this year I thought it came and flopped years ago but it turns out that was only early access. So its not even a new game, just the same tired flop lemmings have been playing for 2 years. Xflop just goes from bad to worse. It hasnt had any games since the latter years of the 360 era but at least it always had that Forza staple, now it doesn't even have that.1 point
