No, that's some weird shit that happened after time. When SW proper had started it was console fanboys more than company fanboys. It was after the ps2 era it bacame about solely supporting one company indefinitely no matter what. It's been 20 years now, grown men fawning over videogame companies out of obligation is retarded.

It can be done but you're making it sound way simpler than it probably is. To start the movie stars some of the biggest actors in Hollywood. I won't post spoilers but acknowledge not all will be returning but they have to schedule that, build sets, write a script I'm assuming, location scouting, etc. This isn't a marvel joint where they basically have a facility to crank out two to three movies a year. I want the movie to be good. But then someone just told me that they did the first part in a relatively decent speed.

They make games now that have a casual setting for people who just want the experience. Some of you guys are acting like this remake is for the same people who've bought and played all other 10 rereleases of this game before solely. They obviously need to appeal to as many gamers on a smaller platform as possible. On paper, making it easier to go through people have different playing habits when you have to strap a device on your head. 10 to 12 hours of helmet gaming might be a bit much for people.

The pacing was a bit off but it was a good time. I'm hoping they make a part 2, but it's a film that ask a lot of the audience. Dune is a project that needs alot of money and time, but it's not rewarding in the way that big blockbuster movies are designed. I still think BR2049 was a better movie and it completely tanked.

VR gaming is stupid. However as a platform, you have advantages and disadvantages that you have to cater to or mitigate. It's actually very impressive that the game isn't total and complete shit. I dont give a shit about RE as a series, or VR gaming as a platform but I can appreciate they seemingly did a pretty good job converting a 15 year old built for traditional gaming to VR. You're legit complaining about something that you dont even have to do.
