They went through high settings later in the video. Stuttering was not mentioned. Months later, they used SM and MM as an example of a PC game that doesn't stutter.

At no point did they say they had to run it below PS5 to stop stuttering. Or that he ever had stuttering. This was entirely done due to his test rig. He used highest settings too later in the video.
