Damn Manhunt 2 with motion controls is a lot of fun, really enjoying this game.

Never got around to beating it, playing the first level of Conduit 2 for fun. Really makes me want to get a PSVR with Move, but going to wait for PSVR2 with good controls.

Downloading NMH2 on my hacked Wii. To see if I like it.

The disc drive is crucial to a budget PS5 option IMO because Sony doesn't have game pass. Wouldn't be surprised to see the Series S beat X by a factor of 5:1 or something ridiculous like that.

I just read Gears 5 runs at 1440p 120fps on Series S, if settings are the same the 1440p to 4K jump is pretty trivial. 1440p as a resolution is more than enough. Now what happens to X games that run at 1440p is a different story.

US opinions on this?

Booting up Tomb Raider when it came out was mindblowing.

One X has 320gbps RAM, PS4 Pro 217gbps and Series S 220gbps. Think about that for a second.

It will play One S version of BC. Games it almost guaranteed.

Youre getting a GPU thats 1/3 as powerful, smaller SSD, no disc drive and 10 gigs of RAM instead of 16. The price is good but the cut corners are absolutely brutal. But since its cheap its a good entry into a fairly shittye ecosystem.

This is seeing a positive reception. Probably no one on wants to pay 500 for a system with no exclusives. But 300 to just use game pass seems fine to people. Basically the X model is fucked.

"Value" 4tflops and 10 gigs of RAM. It's used to appeal to technically clueless people, ie the majority. It'd be laughable if it was priced higher than 300 with X being 500.

1080p on X, wait for PS5.
