You can tell it's RT since it shows reflections of stuff off screen, and the reflections dont disappear as the camera moves things that arent on screen are still displayed in the reflection. Now time for full Ray Traced Global illumination is what we need next.

If the game doesn't come out by the time Death Stranding PC is out, or is at least announced the rumour is probably not true.

The answer is we don't know. Insiders hinted first 2-3 years won't have exclusives due to the game pass model and MS not being into gens anymore. When asked about next gen only for Hellblade they said XBox consoles and PC. Which is basically a non answer.

Obviously next gen will look very close in gameplay, but it's still a cutscene. There will be downgrades. But it's a fantastic upgrade over current gen. Upgrade is huge and you can tell it right off the bat it's a real gen jump. Game is also going to be going by the OG Hellblade.
