PS4 can't handle Fallout 4 in VR. The hardware is too shit to handle ports. Same shit for Hellblade VR etc. It will change with a PS5. Its a porting issue.

VR is still in its infancy, and a budget 2016 console solution is the definition of a beta test. It will be supported for next gen guaranteed, but new headsets are on the way on the PlayStation side. It's the reason I haven't jumped in yet.

It picks up like crazy in the later chapters, the first are more like an intro. Pacing is spot on.

The only other scenario I can see him pointing is that you won't have to buy games you bought digitally and can stream them say to your phone on Xcloud without needing to buy them again. I don't see how this would be surprising when it was MS's plan 6 years ago in 2013. There is a possibility they'll rebrand it for next gen especially with their stream and gamepass plans. Edit: A discless digital only One model has been confirmed for 2019 BTW.

With GDDR6, what bandwidth are we looking at for next gen? HBM is basically workstation level bandwidth, not commercial console memory to play COD and Ass Creed at accessible prices.

Matt basically hinted this is not the case for Sony. It's MS's bullshit leadership pushing the service crap, they'd probably prefer to forgo hardware all together and just stream services directly.

Asia as a whole is not a digital oriented market, and Europe is less digital than the US. This is pure MS bullshit policy, doesn't apply to Sony or Nintendo.
